Never more than 2 guests
No rows of enclosures, no barking, no busy corridors. Your cat shares the house with at most one other family, and cats from different homes never mix.
Their own private villa
Each family gets a 1.8m multi-level villa as a cosy home base — bed, food and litter close by, shelves to climb. Once they're relaxed, the door opens for supervised play and garden time.
A netted, escape-proof garden
Our garden and deck are fully netted. Guests enjoy supervised sunshine and fresh air only when they're relaxed and you're happy for them to go out.
Daily photo updates
Photos and a little happiness note every day, so you can actually relax on your trip.

- You bring your cat's own food, so nothing changes in their tummy
- If your cat seems unwell we contact you and your own vet straight away, with a local Werribee vet as backup

They were incredibly accommodating with my very last minute booking request, which took a huge weight off our shoulders during a hectic week. The set up is fantastic and you can tell they genuinely care about the cats in their care. Luna is usually very skittish and doesn't warm up to people easily, so I was honestly amazed that she came out of her shell and was so comfortable with them. Knowing she was happy made the whole moving process so much less stressful. The photos and updates were also very much appreciated! Such a lovely business with caring people. Good to know
Will my cat be kept in a cage?
No. Guests stay in our quiet, gated cat room, and each has their own private villa as a cosy den, door open when supervised. Once they're confident, they join us in the house and garden. Only one family's cats are out at a time.
Can you give medication?
Yes. Tablets, liquids, inhalers and special diets are all fine. Just walk us through the routine at the meet-and-greet.
What happens if my cat gets unwell?
We contact you and your own vet straight away. A local Werribee vet is our backup if yours isn't reachable.
How is this different from a cattery?
We're a family home, not a facility. Your cat stays in a quiet room with their own private villa, gets 1-on-1 care from the same people every day, and enjoys supervised time in our netted garden. We never take more than 2 guests at a time.
